Carter: “I’m the king.”
Bennett: “I’m the king.”
Carter: “Mom, who’s the king?”
Me: “You’re both kings. There’s two. It’s good to have two kings so if there’s a battle, no one knows who to get.”
Carter pauses for a moment, seemingly satisfied. Then something occurs to him. He says: “Okay, but who’s the main king?”
Me: “Eat your dinner.”

Um, wouldn’t that be Daddy?
Excellent answer! I’ll remember it!
Hihi, he is a smartc ookie.
I do believe I’ve used that comment….”Eat your dinner” after a similar conversation with my two much older step children. I’m not sure they ever out grow those conversations.
That’s too funny! I need to remember that one too!
I love it! Sounds exactly like something Dominic would say.
I LOVE this! Sounds pretty familiar, hehe.
