1 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled, or both)
1 cup organic sugar
6 cups water
1/2 cup ice
Makes 2 quarts.
(you can also add 1 cup frozen huckleberries, slightly smashed, or 1 cup frozen raspberries.)
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and stir until sugar is disolved. Serve over ice in a tall glass with a bendable straw.
