Happy World Down Syndrome Day!

It’s 3-21, and in honor of the 3rd chromosome at the 21st pair, I was going to share with you some of the many friends we’ve made around the world:  like here and here and here and here.

But instead, I’m going to direct you to a family in my own beloved mountian West, and ask a favor–that you keep them in your thoughts today.

Thank you!

  1. Again thank you so much. You mean the world to us. We are still in the recovery stage, and are facing some complications with liquids and the muscles that they reconstructed in his throat, but have no fear, we will make it!!!

However, I must say that I never knew that such a little boy could produce so much drool!!! 🙂

  2. I’m late as usual. Stopped by your friend’s site and will keep them in my thoughts.

And you and yours too of course. I think of you often even if I don’t comment that much on the other blog.

  3. Happy World Down Syndrome Day!! I hope you all and Avery especially had a ball. Thanks for the links – especially Rhett – I’ll send some prayers his way.
